Although the height is adjustable, it's enough of a hassle that you would not want to readjust it just to get the rear wheel up for washing.  Also, riding the bike off the stand is  kind of cool and could not be done with the wheel elevated.

You could probably do the same thing as with the Wheeldock stand and just place a small piece of plywood under the center of bike and put it up on stand to completely raise rear wheel to clean.
