I need a new seat... HELP

2007 CVO Ultra...

I am sitting on the damn tank   :nixweiss:.  I am way to high on the bike and its also causing leg issues with the controls because I am too close.

Does anyone else have this issue and to what resolve..? My old Road Glide had a Corbin Hollywood Solo that did the trick... but it wasnt as comfortable.

I would like to stay with the dual position for the times a bi**h is on back. I feel I could go back about 3 inches and it would work.

I am trying to get ahold of Corbin for some tech help...but DAMN...they are busy... eventually I will have to learn to stay on hold long enough for an answer.

Also...for anyone intersted.. I AM TAKING OFF THE FLAME BAG HANDLES FOR SOLID BLACK HANDLES NEXT WEEK....

Those black forks and crash bars set the B/O Jester off real nice. I have the corbin 2 up heated for 06 SEUC. The rider position is further back and can get the neck of the seat narrower, but the long term rideability is much improved over stock. That is what I am after...OEM look...

I need narrow inners with a lower position and the back of the seat back about 3"

The 2 up will still allow for a back pack when on tour and a seat for a 105 LB  :2vrolijk_21: when needed.

It seems my best luck is to stay on with Corbin and do a custom.... Anyone else with the same that have found a better position?

@ 6'2 250 lbs and a normal frame.... is it just me? Too high.... too long...?

The Hunter you may want to try these folks too as they make the seat based on your riding position and weight as well as your passenger too.
One member on this site had the ostrich leather inserts to make it look stock too. I don't remember his name though.

Finally talked with corbin.

I have a seat getting made that is patterned after the OEM look 07 Ultra seat.....

Except I am moving back 3 inches and will not have a back rest anymore.

The 3'' back will be night and day for me.
