The only addition to the CA SE bikes is a charcoal canister that is mounted under the battery area. There is a vacuum line connected to the intake manifold that runs to the canister as well.
Don't let this discourage you!

In the past CA (non CVO) bikes had a different cam then the others.

Most of the bikes in Calif. that have any kind of modification done to them (most all HDs) have already lost the charcoal canister.  No big thing........ :nixweiss:

I thought UK legislation was tough.  Our vehicles are testid for emmisions every year after the vehicle reaches it's 3rd birthday.
How does it work in the states - CA sounds quite tough.

chesterc are you still working on that deal? Don't let the emissions game steer you away from a CVO.

Let me be the first to tell you that you got the best color. Not that I'm biased or anything. :-[ It's no big deal at all to have a PC/SERT installed in a pumpkin. Check w/whomever is going to do the install and find out what they suggest. More then likely what the suggest is what they will be most proficient in tuning, and be able to give you the best tune.

JCZ,
I agree except for the part where you say lost. Mine went into the recycle bin - - - - -- poetic justice  :P

Have I missed something here - the poll at the top doesn't appear to have a question.. ???
