The bike is probably 60-100 miles BEHIND the truck laying in the road somewhere.
Actually they said it was a mile, but it might as well be 100 miles. I guess it really doesn't matter to the rider right now.

Guess that safety riders jacket and FF helmet were not enough for 125 mph.  Too bad our judgement is overridden by testosterone sometimes.... :(

R.I.P.

Notice the loss of shoes.  Shoes are frequently lost in impact accidents, especially low cut sports shoes. Who knows, better footwear might have helped him to operate the foot controls more effectively and avoided this unpleasantness.
