Welcome to the site glad to have you join us. :2vrolijk_21: In addition to the link MrsWeCVO sent you to for instructions if you are using the "I will upload my own picture feature" make sure that the picture you're trying to upload is no bigger then 1024X1024. Others have had problems if either number is larger then that the software may not be able to make it an avatar.
