Mine's easy, but the reason is because I was using that name for the Internet Dating site, Match.com, I was on after I got divorced, so it was the first thing that popped into mind when I joined here.

BTW...met Suzanne (HarleyDiva) on Match.com   Took 3 years, but it was all worth it.

Some of my aquaintances call me TC, and when I was much younger, some people called me Top Cat, among other things.

My hunting dog's name is Zeb's Dakota Rocky (his name is Rocky and his father's was Zeb).  Anyway, I just kind of adopted the name DakotaZeb for a number of web sites and used it here.  Absolutely nothing bike or CVO related.

By the way, Rocky if a Brittany and one hell of a pheasant hunter.  Problem is he will be 12 this fall and starting to slow down.  Of course, so am I.   :)

Although I go by my middle name (all good southerners do) Warren, my first name is William.  I allowed very few people to call me Willie when I was young...now I don't give a damn.  Flying is what I used to do a lot of too until last year....."flyingwillie".  My flight handle was "Slider" but I did not think that was appropriate for this hobby !

I worked interdiction in South America for a while with   ...long story...      and got to be known locally and on the teams as viento helado (the ice wind).    Moved on to other, calmer venues in the military and was visited by some of my old team, and they noted that I had mellowed to a Cool breeze. (Kind of funny as I was into selling and competing with 2 and 4 line kites at the time) and was spending a lot of time in the breeze on the beaches...  The name stuck and has been a calming influence on me ever since.
