does anyone have the FLHRSEI supplemnet parts book? trying to find out the part number for the stock handlebars on an 02 FLHRSEI

The text reads that the bars are the same used as SE Road King models but then goes on to say that the bars don't work with hydraulic clutch.  So the SE Road Kings didn't get the hydraulic clutch?

not in 02 hydraulic was introduced in 03
