Bone stock? Aftermarket fuel management system at all?

My 01 is good for 123 mph and that is all there is.

  modifications are to date:
ThunderMAX EFI with the two Wideband 02 sensors,  Screaming eagle air filter, Screaning Eagle roller rockers, S.E. Adjusatble pushrods,  Vance and Hines True Dual Headers with Rinehart Performance Baffles slip ons,  and custom map from Zippers , however which was mapped for a 96 by Zippers?   This last one may be the route of the plm.???

What kind of bike is it? If it's a SE 110" 6-speed, there's someting wrong. There's definitely something holding it back. With everything you got going there, that thing should be good for 130 easy. Did a shop do the work and tune the bike? From everything we've been hearing recently, I'd make sure you have a really good map for the TMAT. Could that be defective?

BTW, welcome to the site!

Which '07 SE is it (A or B motor)? The "B" motor from what I understand will not put out as much HP as the "A" motor. Also wondering why you changed the rockers, and pushrods and didn't do a cam? Other then those two items the motor is mainly what I would call a Stage 1 upgrade (pipes/breather/ECM mod) and was just wondering what a stock 110ci is putting out RWHp?

On the dyno yesterday, my speedometer pegged at 120, and kept winding out.  Didn't think to look at the computer screen to see the actual speed.  Fastest I've been on the highway is 118.  That was plenty enough for me since the front end was squirrely.

Was talking with my tuner yesterday after he finished my scooter.  He tells me the 110 in Stage 1 will not keep pace with a 103 Stage 1.  Couldn't show me anything to quantify the claim tho'.  He also said that between 2004 and 2006 the valve diameters (Intake and Exhaust) were made smaller, which decreases power.  He said had my scooter been a 2004 in its current configuration, he could have pulled 100HP and 100TQ out of it.  What do you guys think?  Truth?  Embellishment? or Bullchit?

He's right!  I had the same mods on my 04 103 SEEG as I have on my 07 110 Ultra  (Race Tuner, Rineharts and Stage one).  The 110 is a dog compared to the 103!

I realize the Ultra is a little heavier than the Electra, but, believe me,weight isn't the problem.  The 110 just doesn't have any a**!

I'd recheck you mapping/timing, and make sure your push rods are adjusted correctly, just a thought. Pipes aren't changing color? Look at you plugs see if they look like your running lean.

Henry,

I'm 99% certain the valve size part is BS, but he may be correct about the 103 versus 110.  If you look at the cam specs for the SE253 (103) and the SE255 (110), you'll see a big difference in duration and timing.  The 103 has more up top, while the 110 is stronger on the bottom.

He didn't say whether or not he did cams. I can't see doing all that work without doing cams. Even so, that bike should easily go over 110, even with the B motor. The 255 starts falling down at about 4500 RPM, but it'll stilll pull you to 130 with pipes a/c and tuning.  Hoist! 8)

A stock 88 should do 110. He didn't include it on his list so I assume not.
