My 110 - with a TMAT - has pegged the speedo at 120 (confirmed by my ZUMO at 122) - I don't know how much farther it would have gone, but I was running out of road and 122 seemed like I had gone fast enough for that day  anyway...  I have no idea what RPM I was running, I only know that I had not hit the rev limiter...

You still weren't near it either Scott! The cams won't let you get to 140. Stops pulling before that, about 125. But you got plenty of RPM left. With the engine setup right, these things should do 140.

hogs, I saw you asking the same thing in another forum too. It should be apparent by now that you need to get the bike in the hands of a good technician that knows these bikes and how to tune with the TMAT, and get the bike setup properly. You're never gonna solve it fishing around this way. There's too many possibilites and someone who know's what they're doing needs to spend some time with it. No reason it's shouldn't go over 110 except that something's wrong.

Just to keep things simple, I'd still pull the filter off and make sure the butterfly is opening up all the way, and that the ECM knows it's at 100% WOT.

 YEs but there are no GooD techs around here, Sorry to say,  This thing goes to 119 mph now  but after it it just stays at around 5500 rpms... And yes 1,2,3,4  all go right to the red line or at least to 6000 rpms. nice and Quick..
 Yes I am fishing around on other forum why wouldn`t I....

   I have HArleys btw for 25 past years or more,..  So I am as GOOD as any so called Dealer Tech here... Its got to be in the ThunderMAx tuning and auto tune  that's why I am asking here... Surly someone knows how to fine tune these babies within here???

Not familiar with that software, but the Power Commander will show you those throttle positions when you are viewing "live" data...bike is on, PC is functioning.  It's a safe bet that the Tmax software would show similar data, but I don't have a clue how to tell you to find it.

Look up Rhino on here and send him a PM...he knows the software very well.   He may not have seen this thread....
