This Road King was insured for $80,000. It had every conceivable extra and was in perfect condition. I spoke to the owner for some time and he told me that the bike was never trailered and that he had ridden the full 1500 miles on it to get to the rally.

On leaving the rally we rode up through the coastal mountains on another storming Spanish road built for the big twin.

This is the pretty town of Ronda with it's spectacular entrance bridge over a deep gorge.

We chanced on a traditional Spanish medieaval festival in the town of Zafra wher we spent that night.
