 :(    ???    :-X    :(    ???    :-X    :(    ???    :-X    :(    ???    :-X   :(    ???    :-X    :(    ???    :-X

I liked my '06 Black Candy Crimson, LOVE my '07 Candy Cherry Jester and have been awaiting the '08 release . . .
Well, the wait is over

Okay, Brembo calipers, button on the fob for the power locks, and similar MSRP(non-anniversary).

Elimination of the leather tour pak . . . WOW er, ah . . . why? Dumb!!!

I understand in talking to the owners at the my local dealer that there have been changes made to the trans for '08 that eliminate
the 5th gear whine (said it had nothing to do with straight cut vs. helical cut gears) but was no more specific than that. Anyone else
heard this?

As many SEEG and SERG owners have stated previoulsy . . . I'm keepin what I have.

Although, I do like the copper color scheme!  :2vrolijk_21: And how about "new Granite and Chrome finish"
Granite powder-coat! Shweeeet.

I had a "Complimentary Rider Backrest" a few years back---a young girl named Dakota. She said she liked older guys and that I was really cool( or was it really hot?). She didn't think I needed to lose weight and liked my hair.
Nice to know Harley is supplying strippers now!
No wonder all you guys get Ultra's!
Beerman

Now that's funny chit beerman!   :zroflmao: I think I may be likin' 'em a little more now!

Finally my inside guy told me the truth.

I'm impressed with the hit/miss ratio for the releases. It was much better than I expected. My hat's off to the spies and sleuths out there who had the goods.

The ABS posts and Rocker posts and repeat model posts were fairly accurate.  Fly by wire even. Lid was not on all that tight, in retrospect, except CVO paint schemes.

Agreed - tip o' the hat to the folks in the know.

Is it just me or is the Limited Edition paint UGLY? Also Is the XM Radio still standard because it is now listing the navigation system in the specs?

The XM is still there. The features are outlined best in the press releases in the News section under the Company heading on their home page.

Thank You!!! I thought they might have optioned the XM to keep the price down. The security is optional this year  wasn't  it STD on the CVO Ultra for 07?

Who sez the MOCO doesn't listen. The CUSE3 has the hard tour pak that has been requested by many of us and they've even done a pretty good job of hiding the AMP so it doesn't look like a NASA umbilical cord draped along the side. They've even "partially" acknowledged the importance of numbered bikes by putting serial numbers on the anniversary bikes. Bembro ABS - I say yes - it's about time. Law enforcement has been using them for several years and now we can utilize the technology as well. Thanks H-D.
