That's like asking what is the best kind of woman? The only answer anyone can give you without knowing a lot more about what you are looking to achieve is: It depends.

Glenn,

There is more information needed here.  What type of riding do you do, where do you want the power, do you want it from crack of the throttle through mid range, do you want the power mid range to the top end?

Are you doing anything else to the bike, such as larger throttlebody, head work, open air cleaner, pipes.

What type of tuning tool are you going to use?   SERT / Power Commander / Thundermax / Daytona Twin Tec ?

Are you wanting to stay chain drive, gear drive.

Some examples
Zippers 575 bolt in cam  power from word go through the mid range
Freedom bolt in yb14 SE  power kicks in around 3000 - 6000
SE 251 a little broader torque band doesn't ramp quite as quick as the Zippers
Similiarly you have the Woods 77 cam  ....     I haven't tried this one but one or 2 on the site have.

The Zippers and the Freedom both come in chain drive and gear drive the Harley SE 251 only comes in Chain.

I am curious of responses here as I am dropping my bike off next week for: SE251 cam, D&D Fatcat [502-32BQ], PCIII, SE 50MM Throttlebody, K&N Air-Filter, and misc other.  I am looking to create a good running bike with a nice power band across the spectrum.

;D He needs that stuff. We ride a lot together! ::) Rich, that's a great "dealer/save your w.....ty" package. Most dealers, like yours, will stand behind that. There's still not a lot of choices for cams for this engine. They're applying previously designed cams for the most part. Unless you want to start doing/spending substantially more, I think you'll be happy with it. I'm going just a wee bit further. ::) For your build, I'd use the Quiet Muffler with the FatCats, not the Quiet Performance one. You should get easy an 110 HP, 115+ TQ, and a good power band range out of that with a good tune. I'm hoping that you still don't stand a chance of keeping up with mine ::), but that will really wake it up for you..........for now! ;)

Howie, I am willing to sacrifice a little speed and top end while keeping the bike running great without tweaking it too darn much...plus if your bike is that much faster and you leave me behind then I will use my GPS to get to where I need to.

Damn, i knew that GPS would finally come in handy.  Rich

I dunno. There are many choices, but regarding the 50MM Throttlebody, I did hear a few things. FWIW   1. The flanges should not be stock. They instantly crack. 5 minutes after install, the wrench will hear *ping* and there it goes. I would use an alternate.  2. The 50MM is NOT setup from the factory. It needs to be set prior to install.  Anyway, congrats in advance to a speedier 110!   :)
