Believe you'll find that both the 03 FLHRSEI2 and 03 FXSTDSE2 are classed as Anniversary Models and have the gold  paint scheme rather than the silver/black, etc.

Joe I was not referring to the CVOs of 2003 ..just the regular production bikes ... I was not sure which bikes S&B was asking about ..I assumed "in general" ...I do not recall a black and silver CVO that year ...

No problemo................only one choice in colors for CVO's in 2003 unlike other years which had at least two.
Gold was it for the CVO's (SERK and Deuce).

Looking forward to seeing the new ones in the sunlight. Your pics are so much better than the MOCO website, but nothing beats seeing them in person.

Bubba, thanks again for the photos of the new bikes.  Really nice to see some close-ups of some of the details on the new models.  Also, if I didn't know better, I'd think you were taking a liking to Chip and me all of a sudden.

I am assuming that there will be 1800 of the ultra's anniversary models because of the emblem,  It says 0001/1800
Who is going to get SR# 0001?

Thanks for the pictures, they are quite enlightening. The copper color on the HD looks really copper but in your pix, it looks darker, like a chitty brown. Also what was your opinion of the white / silver in person? Did the granite metal flake really pop or was it more like a plain ultra?

MJ nothing really "pops out" under those lights ..... the Dopper really does look Copper in person.

Guy's all I can report to you is what they told us ...I talked directly to one of the head CVO engineers and he told me in no uncertian terms that there would ONLY be 1850 CVO Ultras which equals the engine size ...and 1300 each of the other 3 models ....I can't see where this guy would benifit lying to us about this ... you can take it for what its worth ...and the Anniv. Ultra will be EXTREAMLY limited and ALL Anniv bikes will be numbered just like the 95th Anniv, bikes were....

That's too easy. 1,800 anniversary models and 2,350 split up between the other two colors. 4,150 total FLHTCUSE3's. Great eye Bubba. You're right up there with d00d in the detail noticing category.

Thanks for the great pictures of the bikes.  There is one thing I can say after seeing the new SEUC3 colors...I'm glad I bought an '07.  Don't care for the new colors what-so-ever.... .  About the only decent one is the Anniversary color and that one will be hard to get with them making only 1800.  And you know the dealers will be asking a premium for them because they are anniversay.  IMHO.
