OK guys and girls one of my good friends is the sales manager and another close friend is the owner. The owner will do nothing to help us out(he is in his own world) But my sales friend will be out there for the meeting and will call me by cell phone as soon as the CVO's are rolled out on the stage. I hope he doesn't get caught up in all of the hype. Only 13 more days and counting.

Now can we start a friendly wager on what the bikes are going to be????????

Yeah, 'er 'uh, All CVO Site Members,
Let it be known, if OTIS is right, I'll ante up.  If Spyder is right, I won't.  Later--HUBBARD

My best guess is that it will be a Screamin' Eagle Ultra Classic, and Screamin Eagle Dyna ?

I too have the son of my local dealer that will be at the Dealer show and has promised to call my cell when the CVO's roll out on the stage.  When I know, we all know  [smiley=7.gif]

Now what does the winner get, or should I say how many  [smiley=drink.gif] does the winner get  [smiley=laugh.gif]

My 2006 prognostications:

All 2006  dynas will be fuel injected, and one might assume that the reason is that they will all be 95 inch models.

There will be a new "wide tire" bike introduced but not necessarily a "chopper"

For the first time there will be a CVO that the dealer has the option of taking or not taking.

There will be a new standard color that closely matches the candy cobalt on a 2004 SEEG and it will be available on Road Glides among others.

Electra Glide Standards will be available in Rich Sunglo Blue. (PURTY)

Anybody want to bet on these???

Please Advise?

All models except the Sportster will be injected in 06. In 07 the Sportster will follow.

So 08 will sound the death knell for carbs on Harley Davidson bikes.  Of course there is such a legacy of carb'd machines out there that any immediate impact on the aftermarket will be minimal.  Will be interesting to watch how it washes out over time though.
