I posted a while back all Dynas are injected for 06'.  I was looking through the color charts for 06' and all Dyna models ended in -I (FXDI, FXLRI, etc etc).  There were still carb other models.

There is no way that all bikes will be 95 inch. The MC makes way too much money on the upgrade. Besides it would cripple the effect of the 103 on the CVO models. They would have to use the 120 on them to accentuate the difference and the EPA is hindering that. In my opinion, the MC will run the 88 as long as possible. Until people stop buying bikes with that motor, they will keep making it. My .02

Interesting thought though.  Were such a thing to occur it would certainly invigorate sales in what has been the smaller of the three lines of the heavyweight bikes.

Well..that's interesting. Because the EVO showed no signs of slowing down in sales when they went to the 88.

They dropped the 95 in the 15th Ann. Fatty to see if the public would buy it as a "stock" option, and now that they know it will. They'll up the price, stock some models with the 95 and get the money for the 103 upgrade, and the CVOs will have 120s

...I could be wrong.

Hubbard............you ain't just 'shuckin' and 'jivin' are you son?  You'd REALLY trade the infamous 'LED-SLED' in for some new-fangled purty MOCO special edition of Mr. Otis's Rebel Rocket?  I'm just a little dubious until I hear more on this subject!   Har!    [smiley=laugh.gif] spyder

Hub,

You could always do a little custom paint work like on the WWII fighter planes.....you know kinda like a notch for every wannabe you have dusted with the "Ol Led Sled"........... [smiley=thumbsup.gif] That's if you have enough canvas for all the notches.... [smiley=confused5.gif]

I think your after a really big motor........would a 145" do the trick ????? A Hyabusa stomping Big Twin type bike would sure be nice. [smiley=beerchug.gif]

Harley 56 thanks for the info........and welcome to the site.  I see you're from Northern Calif. and I'm in Sacramento (several on this site from the Sacramento area and several more from the bay area), where are you located?

Good thing this isn't a restricted no-BS thread JC, cause that'd be "off-topic"  [smiley=beerchug.gif]

Proves my point though.... any attempt to keep threads "on-topic" is an exercise in futility!  The sooner we all realize that, the happier we'll be  [smiley=laugh.gif]
