Actually guys that was the highlight...my actual job is to protect and take care of those unfortunate enough to suffer the ills of war and/or life itself.  This was a training mission because we can't refuel when we have real patients on board.  I was one of the instructors on this mission and we had several new people learning to take care of people at 35,000 ft.

I've been wondering about posting stuff like this.  I suppose it couldn't hurt.  I took a picture last week, that I've been reluctant to post.  It is on my work computer, so I'll share it when I get to work tomorrow.  Awesome pictures Seegar!  Thank you so much for your service to our Great Nation and for keeping us old retired Soldiers and everyone else FREE!

So, to answer your question, I finished and submitted my 13 page trip report from last week's TDY, participated in a sync meeting, turned in the hard copy of my research paper to my professor, gathered paperwork needed for a system inventory I'll conduct in the morning, and left the office early to spend the afternoon with my lovely bride since today is the 11th anniversary of our happily married bliss.  She wanted me to smoke some ribs for her for supper, so she got 'em.  Saturday I'm taking her to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.  A great day!  Very GR8 day!   ;)

Congratz BAGGER back,

Don't worry I wouldn't post anything that is not already all over the internet and the news.  The KC-135 is a 1950s plane and has been photographed since then, refueling all kinds of planes.  The 16s have been allowed to be photographed doing all kinds of stunts refueling is no surprise to anyone...awesome helo.

Thanks Don.  Next Friday.......the exfix comes off.  I'm gonna ask her orthopod to give it to me.  I think I can make some bike parts from the carbon fiber and stainless steel components. :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks.

Yeah, sorta like the Blackhawk.  Been around since the 70s.  US customs has them too.  They're older models and are painted shiney black and gold.  Military District of Washington has them painted non-tactical as well.  Nowhere near as cool as the Longbow, but still an awesome machine.

Thanks.  I've set aside a couple hundred.  We've never been there, but I've heard it is very good..........and pricey.  Renea is worth it and more. :2vrolijk_21:
