I don't think Navtech is doing Harley's maps. Zumo, yes...

Looks like NAVTEQ to me.................

Well right you are then. That's very disappointing from Navtec. What came with my bike last Sept is pretty much useless unless you are on a major hiway. It;s bad enough the HK doesn't do maps (on the display) but bad data is even worse!  >:(

I believe it is what the manufacturer (MoCo) is willing to pay for in upgrades, I see the NAVTEQ tracking rigs driving all over inputing the data, but unless the MoCo steps up for the upgrade with HK, we won't see it.

The one that came with the bike I picked up today is V2.0 and has a part #76472-06A, hope that helps.

That just might be the updated one, we'll have to check with a dealer.

Must be an updated one.  I checked mine and it's part #76472-06 Version 1.  Now I have to find out if Version 2 is for sale.

Hey all,

The only update I want in my 07 SEUC is the one that gives me a color screen, with a map, not the junk Harley calls a GPS.

Any body know any thing about a update for the Cd's My Harley dealer has this caught in the headlights look when I ask them.

Old long hair guy, long beard and no teeth?  Ask him for points for your SEUC, he will go get you a set from the shelf without even looking them up.  Doesn't have a clue it doesn't use points.

Sorry, I have had some very frustrating days at HD with my electrical problem in my 06 SEUC.  It is like way too many of them have not advanced beyond about 1990 knowledge.  If HD & the the Dealers are going to sell MC's with technology embeded in them they should train their people.  Most of them can't even tell you what a GPS is.

Mine's the older version also, The whole GPS is total junk as far as I care. It doesn't even have streets around my area of town which has been around since the early 50's through the 70's. I can understand maybe the last 5 or 10 years, but that's just ridicules! Can't trust what it says about the location of gas stations, motels and such, including the location of HD Shops. I guess I'll buy a GPS that actually is functional. Thought by buying this SE that I wouldn't have to by much $hit....my bad. I was really looking forward to using the GPS and ride some back roads.  :soapbox:
