Nice one Henry. Looks like you are one happy couple.

It's our 20th Anniversary on the 5th September so I'm still trying to figure what to buy as a special present for my good lady.

20th Anniversaries have a modern day theme of China and Platinum with Day Lilies as the flower so I need to find a HD accessory to fit that - any ideas ?

 ;D :D ;) ::)

I don't think they serve beer, however I could be wrong.  For once, beer wasn't my leading thought.  I should be flogged!   ::)

Here is a picture of us...........stuffed............and trying to find room for dessert.

Glad you had a great time, Henry!  No Ruth Chris in this town, and no really great steakhouses here at all anymore.  So when we travel we LOVE Ruth Chris (And Mortons, and Del Friscos, Smith & Wollenskys, and, and... LOL).  Never been to RC in Huntsville - went to the very first RC in Louisiana years ago - have been to more than I can remember in quite a few states since.  When the kids were little we lived in N. TX & we brought home doggie bags - they loved the leftovers and the dogs loved the bones.  More than most humans can eat - extra large portions and very good.  That chocolate desert is a killer - the bread pudding is just too good for mere words.

Hard to imagine Tallahassee w/o a Ruth's Chris.  That town rocks.  but you do have Panama city just down the road and its myriad eating places........and then there is The Outpost near Bruce and Ebro, FL on Sunday afternoons.  Great grub at that place.

  20 years..........wow Nige.  You are your beautiful bride are to be commended.  I'm certain you'll make the event memorable.  No ideas for what you'll get her...............I'll leave that to your imagination, but you might want to drop a hint to her that a platinum license plate frame would look good on your CVO, but you better hurry, so the machinist has time to mill one out. :2vrolijk_21:

Congrats on the Anniversary and on having such good taste in dining. My wife and I celebrated our 25th at Ruth's Chris here in San Diego with Beags and Susie as our guests. I had such a super time I didn't even rag about the $7 bottles of water.  ;D

Thanks B B.  We were offered several different brands of water.............to include Huntsville's finest tap water, but decided to stick with sweet tea.  It is a great place to go for special occassions.  We'll be back.

Strong rumors abound we are on the cusp of getting ANOTHER Chick Fil-A.  :)  Actually, we do have a good steakhouse - Ted's Montana Grill.  I forgot about it - the bison there is better than the beef, and I was thinking beef.

PC is a myriad of a cluster-f and we enjoy it just like it was better than what is is quickly becoming - condo city.

The Outpost - you KNOW the area, Bro!

Plus you have made me hungry for Ruths Chris and we are on the way to Naples this week sooooooooooooooo.... steak thanks to you!

Like the back of my hand.  Renea and I were regulars every Sunday afternoon.  Used to ride down with a group from Enterprise, AL.  We don't miss much about Enterprise other than our house, our friends, and Sunday afternoons in Blackcreek.
