Harry,
Unfortunately,  I won't be able to make either of those runs this year.  Do plan on Daytona Bike Week in '08, though.  As I stated previously, DAWG is full of chit.  Why would I build another Big Motor, when nobody has had enough 'umph to get around this one?  Ol' Maudie can hold her own.  Took her out Sunday, and had her ears laid back like a Cat in a Wind Tunnel.  The way that Ol' Big Motor bellers on Top End is therapy at its best for me.  Later--HUBBARD

Well Hub I guess I have to wait until March to air em out with you, something to look forward to.  Looking forward to seeing you in November at Lakeland for the Pro Cup race.   I think Grandpa Dave and Puppies, err i mean Helen were talking about joining us there as well.

Not that our bikes would ever be called riding like a cat in a wind tunnel,  But we do understand the therapy of riding.

Missed you round here Carl, but understand how life and work keeps us away from time to time.  Maybe we can also plan for that spring break in '08.  We can park in the bleachers to watch whatever show is goin by us.

Wow, what a small world. I was just in Ashland Ky last week (7/26 and had dinner at CJ Maggie's Grill), and then travelled up 23 to Ohio (7/27). We went right by your new place (see GPS track below). Wish I would've known.

Sorry I missed you there, d00d.  You can really stretch one out on 23.  Maybe next time.  Later--HUBBARD

er uh Hubbard,

Inquiring minds want to know will Hubbard be making any appearances at Hot Springs or Maggie Valley or will Maudie remain hold up in reclusion safe from would be challengers?  It is a new year and ya know we can't have you standing your laurels forever.   jPoor Chip is having to bring the Frontier out just to try and slap hoist around in Hot Springs I wonder if that means he is now trailering down and denying Nancy a beautiful ride across america  /hrmm.
I checked for ya to be thorough and Pro Cup doesn't have any races currently on the schedule for Hot Springs or Maggie Valley time frames, so what do you say Hub gonna make it out?

I see you have a race on Oct 20th in Cecil Ga. so does that mean you won't be making Biketoberfest this year?

http://www.usarprocup.com/schedule/races.asp?yr=2007

Ya know all these grumblings about you (Hubbard) having work done to maudie made me think maybe the wrong questions were asked and this gave ole hubbard some wiggle room.   Dawg any chance of getting a picture of this motor to add validity to the statements, Snopes.com is unaware of this situation and unable to lend credence to these purported accusations.  www.snopes.com

er uh Hubbard, it has been said that you have a motor at Zippers with your name on it having work done on it.   Is this delectable piece of information true?

I need a mixing bowl / spatula icon for these type of situations.

Trailerin'?  Hmmmmm....that's unlike Ol' Chip.  I smell something there, and it smells like a 21 tooth Engine Sprocket.  That's why they are all talking about lining them up for the short blast.  Not me.  I like to roll from 80 on.  That's where Ol' Maudie really shines.  The 500 lb. weight difference in my Bike and Chip's really gives me the momentum on top end.  Makes Ol' Maudie hard to catch.  I ain't tearing my chit up, jerkin' and jackin' on a short blast.  Put 'em out there on the Big Road and let 'em eat.  I'll try anybody on a Bagger there, and have, and still ain't been dusted.  Those that have tried, know I'll twist one 'till it changes tunes.  No wobbles, no worries on Ol' Maudie either.  The Ol' Girl's got the Torque, and I've got the Balls.  You know where I live, Chipper.  Put your 25 tooth sprocket back on, and come on up here.  It ain't that far.  I'm bettin' that Fronteir can't hang with Ol' Maudie.  Here kitty, kitty............................  ;) Later--HUBBARD

That little Drag Strip in AR. is just one spot for some fun. I hear there are some great stretches of open road on 7 to air them out! Too bad Ol' Maudie can't meet the Frontier there for both. I sure wouldn't mind getting in on a ride like that! :2vrolijk_21: If Hub can't make it, I'll be happy to stretch it out with you Chip! Hey Ronnie, you reading this? We got the perfect spot to make our point! And my pot-o-beans is smelling might fine right now! ::) ;)

Hub

It's my turn to say your full of chit. You been hanging with that bud of yours from down south that talks a good story but never delivers.
My proof is in the phone calls. Check the records. Have  invited you down here, the beach, Bristol, Tilleys for the past year probably 15 times total. Do you ever show?
HELL NO!
Have you invited me up there with the Frontier?
HELL NO again.
Yes I know where you live. Are you ever there?
Can I get another HELL NO!
So your words are just like the soup that Beanless boy stirs. Sounds and looks good on the internet but they lack substance and mean nothing.
If you want to prove something, step up to the plate and meet me in Bristol on Sunday.
If you can't make Bristol then call me, posturing for glory here on the internet is unbecoming to the Carl Lee Hubbard I know. You call me and we will set a time to meet. When we are done we will report the facts as they happened!
Take care my friend.

Now, how in the hell can I be in Bristol Sunday, when we're Racing in South Boston Saturday nite?  And No, I ain't ever Home, nor have I had the time to attend your gracious invites.  Why?  'Cause I ain't got 10,000 Mexicans at my beck and call, like some people I know.  I got more to say grace over than I can handle.  I can't just walk off and play any time I want too.  However, I would take the time  to bust your ass, if you would come on up here.  :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3: :huepfenlol2: ;)  Later--HUBBARD

I would consider it a privilege for you to say "grace" over a lunch at Shatley Springs.
But only you know your schedule, figure it out and set a time and we will meet you there.
