Highway Pegs for 05 SEEK
« on: February 02, 2005, 05:17:20 PM »

HD doesn't have pegs that match the stealth collection.  Anyone find something close in styling?  I'm expecting that as soon as I put a pair on, HD will come out with Stealth Highway pegs.

I have the Kuryakyn switchbades on my Ultra and I've been happy with them.

The chrome and rubber pegs in the upper left hand corner of this page are as close as I have found. But....the lines run perpendicular to the flooboards (although the same way as the grips) and, like you, as soon as I buy them Harley will come out with the Stealth Model.

Here's what I used:
Kury Akyn Tourtech mounts #4520 and the Airfoil footpegs from HD # 50134-95.
Here's some pics.

Thanks Laker, WFP, and Hd-Dude.  The Kuryakyn mounnts and the airfoil pegs are pretty much what I'm looking for.  Much appreciated.

Good authority has it that HD is going to be coming out with a set of Stealth Highway pegs.

I was at a dealership this weekend and asked about the Stealth pegs. The parts guy responded by saying that the pegs were not introduced at the winter meetings so it would be at least 6 more months before they came out. What a bummer.  [smiley=thumbsdown.gif]

That's not absolutely true.  While a lot of the new parts are auditioned along with the dealer meetings every six months or so not all are.  The recent release of the Stealth heated grips is one example.  So there's at least a chance that your pegs might be released without waiting for the July meeting (of course they might not even be released then, it's all speculation until you got parts in hand).
