Just made the deposit

I just pulled the trigger.   :bananarock: Just put a deposit down on a 08 Ultra SE Anniversary colors.  Told the ship date is 21 Sep. with a delivery date 3-5 days later.  purchased it from a dealer in Kingman, AZ only $2,000 over MSRP.  All the dealers here in the valley are asking at least $5,000 over MSRP.  Saved $3,000 by having to drive to the high country.

Now the countdown counter begins.  :pineapple:

Congratulations! Welcome aboard the site. Sounds like Mother Road HD was reasonable, some dealerships this direction go $5K over MSRP, and stil sell at few at that price.  :nixweiss:

I've got a deposit on an Anniversary CUSE with a ship date of 09/14.  I hope that they both go out on time and with all the bugs being worked out in July and August.

Mine had a ship date of 8-6-07, but the dealer in PA. told me H.D. has a 61/2 day production delay.  I bought at M.S.R.P. but had to travel 500 miles to get it.

Congrats on the new money pit.

Congrats on your decision to buy an SEUC and welcome to the site.  Glad to hear that you were able to find a dealer that sold the bike at an acceptable price to you. :)  But be forewarned, we will be more than happy to help you spend that $3000 you saved.  ;)

Congrats! Copper/Black? Did the dealer charge freight and prep or was it just MSRP?

Is that a 6-1/2 day production delay or a 61 half days production delay?
