Just wondering, what kind of dragstrip times anybody on any kind of screaming eagle has turned? Went through all of the my Dyno chart is bigger than yours with my Buick Grand National (bought it new in 1986). Everybody bragged about their Dyno-charts but when they raced them it was a big supprise. I may be new to Harleys but I ain't new to racing and tuning. I have been tuning my ECM on my buick for years, timing, fuel, BLMs int functions, it's just a matter of the dealer letting me get my hands on the first SERT that the dealer did on my 110, (he won't give me the flash -says the tuner is like an artist who's work isn't for sale) then it full throttle tune from there on.
I never tuned on a dyno just with a lap top and data recording. Blew most of the so called big Dyno number GN's off my rear bumper.
I can't wait to baseline test my Dyna 110 kit at the smokes to see what she will do.
Here is my GN killing a big block chevy truck in NC in the 1/8 mile.
GN 138,000 miles valve covers never been off, 3650lb with a full tank, six cylinders , air condit, power windows. power seat + every option available in 1986 (Like A Bagger) with no nitros--funny what a good tune will do.
