105 presently in B'ham...

But we're in for a cold spell....100 tomorrow, 97 Friday, 101 Saturday, and a chilly 96 on Sunday.

If Al had just concentrated on inventing the internet, he would not have had time to invent global warming.

Living in Florida, its always warm so heat is just a matter of degrees.

Rain would be VERY WELCOME here in Oklahoma!  Hot & Dry Oklahoma.  At least the rain would cool things down a little bit.

As much as I hate to say it rain would be welcomed here too. Local city/county administrators just put us under drought restrictions of which the main one that concerns me is "No Washing of Vehicles except in licensed commercial vehicle wash facilities". I can't wash/detail my bike at home until restrictions are lifted. :( We need rain bad!!!!

We've been under that for a couple of months now, Gary.  I don't waste water on watering the grass, I just let it go dormant like it does in the winter time, so I figure a quick wash of the scooter, and the small amount of water I use doing so, conserves a lot more than those who are still watering their lawns every third night or whatever they are allowing.  I've got one of those pistol grip nozzles with about 6 different settings, so little is wasted.

Only problem here is they will ticket/fine you if you are caught using water in ways you aren't supposed to. Funny thing after they did the restrictions today we had a heck of storm come thru. :nixweiss:

Yep, washed my scooter today before a fun run up to Deal's Gap tomorrow.  I pushed it our on the lawn and figured the waste water from washing the bike would water the grass in that area.  Pretty smart for a ole scooter tramp, huh?  ;) har!  :huepfenjump3: spyder
