Do you mind offering info on your painter? The paint looks great in the photos. How did he match up with the flames on the bike? Did he do the leaf?

He hand painted the stripes after takling some photos of the bike and the leafing is pewter applied by our other local guru, Chuck Llewellyn, a striper and leaf master. The leafed flames were coated in a candie green...They nailed it, even the black ice and marbilized inserts. I gave him the job after he repaired a chameleon painted tank for my wife, thats a tough fix but he did it. He also applied the flames as I asked him to copy the front fender flames to the fairing and the tank flames to the bags.
You have to look very closely at certain angles to tell it is hand applied (they don't stand up off the surface like the factory). Jeff is a straight up guy, not the fastest nor cheapest but one of the best in this part of the country, his work has been on lots of biker magazine covers. `
