I'm Going Color Blind!

I am having some difficulty deciding on what color of 08' CVO Springer to get. The Inferno Orange with Fireburst Flames color is bitchin, but all I have seen are pictures and is is not in production yet (and I already have a deposit down for this color). The Black Diamond with Smoked Candy Flames is starting to show up at the dealers and it looks great too. I am beginning to question which color is best so I thought that I would ask the PRO's - I am interested in your opinions, here are a few pictures:

I would stay w/your first choice. I went thru the same emotions waiting on my bike (9 months). You see the other color(s) and begin to wonder if you've made the right choice. You begin to feel antsy about riding your new bike and begin to wonder if you'd be just as happy with another color. I even had my salesman call and ask if someone turned down a B&B SEEG would I be interested and I replied that he could call me if one did become available. Luckily I wasn't put in the position that a B&B was offered, and I'm glad I stayed w/my first choice. Hang in there I know the waiting is hard, but I believe you'll be happier sticking w/what you originally thought would be the bike for you.

I love stand out from the crowd kinda attitude when it comes to bikes but hey that black springer looks soooooo badass with the colormatched headlight. :drink:

Color is obviously very subjective to each of us, I am and have been partial to black on Harleys for most of my riding career of 40 years.

I loved the DWG2 I had in red and I had a 90 Springer in red that was bitchin' too.  But still my favorites have been black.

That said, when I talked with the mgr. at the local shop after the dealer show, black was the choice she made of all the CVO colors.  She said she wasn't partial to black but singled out the CVO Springer in black as here favorite this year.

Regardless, anniversary (not) aside, I would be getting black.

The 08 CVO Springer Orange color is not the same as the 07's
Here are the 07' colors:
Two-tone Abyss Blue / Blue Pearl, Two-tone Amarillo Gold / Candy Tangerine, Two-tone Canyon Copper / Candy Red

You can NEVER go wrong with Black!  Of course, something drew your attention to the Orange initially and that's a demon that you'll have to deal with, but black looks amazing on that bike!

I like the Black but really love the Orange.

You cant really make a wrong choice with such a super machine, I would take one in any colour.
