I picked up my new seeg Tuesday evening. Rode home at 50 degrees and sunny. I liked the ride but I see what you guys mean about the shocks. It bottom out on  a couple of bumps and I dragged the floor board or jiffy stand on a hard left.  That was scary! I installed a battery tender lead from the battery and had to laugh when I saw the rig to adjust the tilt on the drivers back rest. Is that the best the moco can design? Other than that I really do like the looks and the power. Can I plug in a electric vest off the tender lead from the battery or should I grab the power from a aux port.? Come on nice weather!!!!! Congratulations on your new ride.
I would leave the battery tender lead exclusively for that purpose or put a splitter on it.  
For the time being, try upping the pressure in the shocks about 15 pounds.
What kind of adjustment are you looking for in the backrest that would be more suited to you and your riding style?

I'm happy with the back rest position that was set up stock. I was commenting on the tilt adjustment the factory has under the seat. The way they design the brackets made me laugh. It looks like crawford iron bolted in. They should re-design how they do that.  Maybe look at how Corbin adjusts the tilt with a set screw, and the height with the lever arm and improve on that.

Yeah, lvnlg, you are right in your assessment of it.  I thought that at first, they were trying to keep it very simple and that might have been something that I had to adapt to.  I am 6'5" and I found that until the handlebars got changed that the range of adjustment was lacking.  Now, after talking to others, seems that there are few that like it.  It does not seem to correspond with the seat contour to combine into an adjustability that  makes it  "just right" for anybody.  The Corbin design is one answer to it.  I have seen some custom fabricated pieces, but they seem to be one off for a specific rider.

I have discovered that a big vice and a large pipe wrench are very effective for tilt adjustment! [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]
