Are all you people doctors?...LOL!!! I can't say it enough... thank you for your support. She has been gone all weekend and so has our daughter. They will both be home tonite. I can't wait to see Megan! As for my wife... yes I am wanting to see her. But the last 3 days that I was adjusting to my new single atmosphere. She will be here for a week and a half or so till she moves out permenetly. What I'm trying to say is I progressed a little but now will fall back because she is here. Gotta go... goin' ridin'!! 500+ miles and I have been nowhere. Not bad for 3 days. Sure is fun riding but really enjoyed her on the back!! Really going to miss that!!

I'm going to say something that might not be appropriate to this site, but is appropriate to your situation. In every one of my friends divorces, they all had sex with their soon to be ex and even after the divorce with the ex for a brief time. It's some kind of weird dynamic that maybe those on the site who've actually been divorced can help you with. I mention it because it messed up my friends heads in a lot of ways and gave them false hopes that maybe it wasn't really over. Your soon to be ex is going to be around for another couple weeks. Be careful !

Good point, B B.  Sex with the ex it quite common, though I chose not to participate in that activity after my divorce.  It depends on the context.  If either or both people do it one time to gain "closure" in the relationship, it is not always a bad thing, depending on the circumstances.  More than once, and one or both parties are asking for emotional problems and additional baggage to shed later.  It can also be "sympathy sex" which is usually a bad thing for one of the participants.  As a general rule, sex with the ex is not advisable.  But that is a choice you may or may not be faced with...it is a REALLY bad idea if some weeks/months pass.  All it will do is bring repressed emotions back to the surface for the partner who has been hurt the most by the breakup, and make it more difficult to get them back down where they belong...fading away.

Believe me I've thought about it... one for the road. I'm sure it's not a good Idea for myself anyway. My soon to be ex is hot and very good in bed... but the emotions would get the best of me. I'm still very much in love with her. It's been over 3 weeks and the last time was for my birthday. I can honestly say that I could put that nite in the top 5 list.

Just got back from an 8 day almost 3k trip with my honeydewmelon, went to knoxville then to the coast and back north. When we got home she told me she needed to excercise her options.

She was served last night... I was there and that paper sucks. She moves out Saturday. SirMike103 is going to give her a hand and other family. Can't wait to start feeling better. Me and Mike did some riding again last weekend. Not as many miles as the weekend before but some none the less. Trying to squeeze in at least 7500 before the snow flys. Normally do 10,000.

Hey tommyo, just keep fighting with mike about who's got a faster bike! It's entertaining and will keep your mind off of other things, when all you can think about is doing mods! I know, I'm pretty frazzled right now!

Won't be doing to many mods right now till I find out how much the divorce is going to cost me. I do enjoy entertaining you guys and I think Mike does too. We are good buds and have riden together for a long time. We raced Motocross for a lot of years before this. Bastard was faster than me then too...LOL! Now the playing field is even now. I probably ride harder than he does on these big piles of crap but he tends to spend a few more $'s than I do to keep up. We grew apart for a few years back... about 7 or so and this HD thing has gotten us back together. Niether one of us know what we are doing and get most of our know how here...LOL!
