Don, that old air hose counter hanging on the wall....is that authentic or a replica? Looks so good as if if might be 'functionable'

That old airmeter is functional Spyder. Even still has the original paper roll with models and their associated tire pressures listed. So I can find out what air pressure a Hupmobile would have needed any time I want to!
I don't have air plumbed to the unit though. Can always hook it up quickly via coupler just to play around. But the big compressor in the shop is plumbed all over the building and on both sides. It's the only supply source and I keep its regulator set higher than I want pressure against the old airmeter internals.
The old airmeter does have an internal regulator for output as TC described. I even fixed the light light inside to backlight the face. But it's still an old piece and I'd not want to blow its guts out with high pressure.
