Well, it can now begin. Henry came by today and we went over to se Vern, my bike, and my future new engine. I will now be starting a new thread to alert, educate, and warn ya'll of the dangers of all these mail order vendors we're using with their "supposed" bolt on packages! BULLCHIT!!! Be very careful people. You're not getting whjat you think you are from these people! If you don't build engines, and have all the necessary tooling, you guys are in for a real surprise. Boy am I glad Vern's building this motor!!!

First pic, Vern was unofficially showing me how my clearanced piston/cyl assembly is still not properly clearanced or even recross-hatched! Dial indicator to measure cylinder diameter. The piston, measured with the caliper, per CP Piston's specs, do not comply, even after being setup by the vendor twice!
