Can you explain "bad" more? Was it stretched out farther then tensioner could compensate? What exactly was wrong w/it? Also have you installed/had installed the auto chain tensioner?

Ok. That should be a big difference in cost. Never heard of one needing replacement, but just like any part I guess it could go bad. :nixweiss:

No apologies Joe! Get what you can from them. The way I see it, they owe us big time. I just won't let that determine what I do to my bike anymore, but when their chit breaks, they damn well better replace it under w.....ty. If my chit breaks, then that's my problem. But absolutely, get what you can from them under the w.....ty! I hope they fix it good for you! :2vrolijk_21:

Real common on the yellow bikes Joe.  Banana juice leaks through primary and eats up the tensioners.  Weird thing is the cherry juice makes 'em grow back like brand new :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2: .

Don't worry Gary.  I wouldn't believe a word she said.  Would just chalk it up to her being cranky that you're quick enough to catch her when you're chasing her around the house feeling frisky again.
