The Roosters made it home Wed afternoon. We enjoyed our visit to Jim's new shop. Very nice facility and hope he does well. And those new pipes Brad has are much better looking in person I was amazed how you could put your hand on them and not get burned. Could be great for the new bikes as they seem to get the heat away from the motor with the design. Who knows maybe next spring. Anyway it was nice to get such a great welcome when we pulled in from everyone.

It was great to meet you and your wife.  Says a lot.......the distance that you traveled to get there.  We're going to all have to make a ride up to yours and Dave's (Magoo) sometime.

Thanks for coming by the opening! It was great to have people from all around come to support the new shop. I hope you'd had a great ride back home!

These are brand new, that's why info is just coming out. The first 10 sets from the manufactures were availible for sale at the open house. Retail is 1149. I offer the site 10% off. First set of dyno numbers  98hp and 115.4tq on an 07 110" with Race tuner and SE air cleaner. The fit and finish on these new pipes is superior. They have a 3 stepped header system, 1 7/8" to a 2 1/2" pipe.  The mufflers have a 3" chamber that bybasses the baffle and ports out through the end cap. It is a really slick setup. The sound is a very mellow (quiet) deep rumble at idle and at WOT they sound really good.

Mapsource says that is only 2836 miles, 1 Day, 18 Hours, 51 minutes, and 48 seconds from my house.

Wonder would that be considered extreme distance to travel to get a service done? Not for a good service it isn't. :2vrolijk_21:
