Too true JR.  The rest of the event going on in town really wasn't an issue for us.  It gave us more traffic to deal with and more bikes to look at.  But that's about it.  We had our own fun and were quite content doing so.  Personally I'm glad the rally was going on at the same time only because it had the painter in town who did the work on the trailer.  Aside from that.... it just didn't matter did it :bananarock: .

That was one of those "good plan, poor execution" kind of things.  Hey, at one point we thought we'd actually get off the parking lot and go to the concerts!  Silly boys....... :mango:

Which gold shirt did you get? I thought I only paid $25 for the T shirt and wristband. But, we did get to walk inside & see the vendors ;D

I just saw my credit card bill and had an $85 charge from Arkansas. I think it was $40 apiece with a $2.50 service change. The A/C did feel nice tho. And the people at registration were really nice too.

I totally agree. The rally was a waste. But, I'm not complaining. I'd do it again.

I been tempted to try one, are they really that bad?? What do they taste like. If I'm thinking about the same thing I thought it would be similar to a Corona w/a lime in it. :nixweiss:

The other Factor was the NOISE!! When we where gathered outside you had to wait for the bikes to pass to finish a sentence :)
Then In the evening it  was Vroom going into the hotel and vroom going out all night ( I missed most of that) It was sure nice to get back to the country but I can't sleep now because it's to damn quiet  ::)

We got a nice shirt and got to ride around town with some really nice folks and look at other folks look at us but if we do it again I'll pass on the rally BTDT.
