Now it's time to think of a tag for it, I dont know if BANANA is taken in Georgia, but we can only have 6 characters.  Thought about YELLR, YELLA, BANANA, BANANR, SKLBUS, BAGNIT, BAG IT, BAGR.

Somewhere on here is a thread about personalized plates.  Try a search.  You should be able to get lots of ideas there.

How 'bout "SEEG?"

I picked it on Friday night in Fort Myers, FL.  Road through the rain for about an hour and a half  and then it cleared up all the way to Ocala, where I spent the night.  I got up at 630 and hit the road and made it home at about 2pm.  No problems, was very comfortable and I enjoyed the ride.  I love the bike, the color, everything is what I exactly wanted in the bike.  Well except for a couple of mods now.

I want to change the pipes, the previous owner just put a set of Bassani slip ons that I really dont care for.  I've always had Vance and Hines on my bikes, except my duece had D and D slip ons.  Has anyone put on a set of the Vance and Hines True Duals, or is everyone set on the Rinehart's?  It already has a Screamin Eagle tuner on it, so I dont know if i would switch to the Fuel pack.

The vented lower fairings, has anyone removed thiers?  I noticed in my owners manual that it does not give instructions on removing it.  It doesn't look difficult, but I dont want to damage anything in the process.

Speaker upgrade.  Can you just do a speaker upgrade is it recommended to do an amp as well.

Why the hell didn't HD put the matching pulley on our bikes???  A chrome belt guard? Thats exactly why we have OCD!!!

Congrats on picking the bike up and having a great ride home. To answer some of your questions...

Some have used Vance and Hines TD's and they are as good as the Rinehart's. There is some sound difference, but if you already like the look/sounds of Vance and Hines then stick w/what you know/like. :2vrolijk_21:

The vented lowers are removable. Someone that has them or a Service Manual should be able to tell you exactly how to remove them.

I would suggest Hogtunes or Hawg Wired if you only want to upgrade speakers, members here get discounts on both. Click here for discounts on Hawg-Wired Products and Hogtunes

Welcome to the "Stealth Chrome Addicts Club". ;D It would have been nice if they would have put the matching pulley, and a chrome belt guard on our bikes, but if they did that would be two less things in the P/A catalog. :-\

Enjoy your new bike.

I have the V & H TD's. Love them! I also have the Rineharts on another bike, I'm sure just fine but I'm used to the sound of the V & H. I was thinking of changing the Rineharts on that bike to a set of V & H but my wrench told me if I was going to change, go with the D & D Fatcats. I decided to do nothing but I do like the sound of the V & H better, as that is what I'm used to.

Mike, I have D&D true duels with V&H oval slip-ons on the 05 SEEG.  I went with the D&D's to accommodate the Zippers TMax.
The lower fairings are pretty easy to take on and off.  I just put mine back on for the fall riding.  Two bolts inside the pouches and one on the lower section.

Wellcome to the club... Already a list of stuff to do.... It happens quick lol.  I have fuel pack with r-harts and I like it.  My brother has a set of v&h true and loves them.  I take my vents off for the summer.  There is a new quick detach hardware in the big book.  My dealership didn't have them yet but I am going to put them on so they come on and off no tools needed.

Congrads on your ride the only problem is the color hehe.
