Does anyone know if any stock Road King Seat whether it's from Harley, Corbin whoever will it fit if you take off the back rest mount under the seat?  Corbin says it won' t fit.  You need the seat they sell for a CVO SEEG.  But that's Corbin talking.  Has anyone done it and do you have pics?

I have a Mustang solo seat on my SEEG that I had on my RK The fit at the front isn't perfect but is as good as it was on the RK. Can't use the HD back rest.

Forgot, had to bend the tang on the seat so it would slide ahead far enough to get the seat screw in.

bighd1340,

I can address one model of the Corbin offerings.

The Corbin Dual Tour seat made for the Road King is different than the one made for the SEEG.  The overall length of the SEEG version is shorter to accomodate the Tour Pac.  I have a leftover Dual Tour for my former Road King and have installed it on my SEEG.  To do this, you must remove the rider backrest hardware.  When installed, this seat is too long and will not allow the Tour Pack to fit.

Interested in the seat members are using for their SE Electraglides for touring, as well as daily riding, if different.

Oh Ya,

Here is a seat I use for after a ride. I park my backside into this Larin Pneumatic biker seat and clean all the dead bugs off my Bananna as I tell her how beautiful she is. [smiley=smitten.gif]

BIGHD1340, I put the Road King Custom seat ( harley item # 51093-04) on mine. Fits fine and rides much better than the stock. I did move the driver backrest bracket slightly so the backrest fits better. Also put on a bigger passenger quick detachable  backrest with a  luggage rack. All this make the bike better for trips but I like the stock look a lot better. Good luck.
