Yea, I'm here in Oklahoma and we had this poll going around a month or so back from a station out of OKC.  I think the results were about 95% against changing the Oklahoma law to require everyone to wear a helmet.  Since the results were so overwhelmingly against changing the law, the station never had a follow-up story on the poll.

So far, I think anyone over 18 can ride without a helmet.  It is a constant battle.  ABATE usually wind-up having a rally at the state capitol once or twice a year to let law makers know how we motorcycle-riding voters feel.

I always tell everyone that helmets are a very good idea -->> just let me decide whether or not to wear one.
