The VPC 92T has a higher torque rating than the VPC 84T.  Here's AIM's website: http://www.aim-tamachi.com/motorcycle/

Specs and instructions are on their site.

I am using the VPC 92T with a 103" spring and easy ramp and have no problem with 120 ft/lbs.

It looks like either the 84 or 92 would work dependant upon the spring used...

Scott,
great thread to read and see.
Now, when can I drop my bike off with you? HaHa
Yes, I too have a leaking bike that needs help.
I think I will be giving Wes a call to work his magic on my sccot.
Awesome job on your bike.
Have Fun once the weather clears,

Scott,
When I went with the 92T and easy ramp, at first I used the easy spring as well and I got clutch slippage.  Depending on your torque, I would consider the 84T and AIM's spring and ramp to provide a lighter clutch pull.

I think I could of gone in with a stock TC88 spring and been okay, the easy pull spring was too light.

I still have not been able to learn if the CVO bikes come with the stock 300 lb clutch spring or if they come with the SE 380 lb clutch spring...

When I changed out my 04, it came with the standard springs, same as with a stock 88. It did not come with a SE spring or clutch pack.

I wonder if you can use this cam without getting into this many mods. I would guess you would want to do the headwork and pistons too, but do you need to change out the cylinders and rocker boxes to correct the heat and leak issues?

The heads go with the cam - and I would change the cylinders to help get away from the cylinder head gasket oil leak issue....One of the theories is the stock cylinders/liners are contributing to the problem...

They're CP Forged Flat Top Pistons matched to the Axtell barrels, used w/0.030" Cometic Head Gaskets, and headwork for 9.8:1 CR.

The TP Rocker Boxes are clearanced already, and have integral rocker arm supports.

Everything is to make it stronger and more reliable.

Hopefully! ;)

Yep, that's what Wes, and I believe Axtell uses too.

I didn't see a part number for the pistons for the 110. I guess Wes can get them made and send to me when I order the cams and head work. Where did you guys get the cylinders? Can I get everything I need to do the top end from cycle rama?

We got the complete package from Wes, KD. Talk to him about what you're trying to accomplish. Let him make a recommendation. It's all about the combination, how everything's matched up and works together. Don't try to design a package yourself. Let the builder do that. That's what they do! ;)
