The look, however, I may have to grow on me.  I think they actually look good as a stand alone piece.  On the bike though.... well....

No offense but maybe they would look better on a wheel barrow?   :nixweiss:   ::)

They'll be fine on the cherry.  She gave them to you in good faith and she'll appreciate that you put them on.  We'll always be able to tell which cherry is yours-like we already can't.

Don't need no poll. That decision ain't rocket science at all. Git-r-done before niece asks how come you haven't put them on. :nervous:

Parker isn't the issue Gary.  She already believes that its her and my bike and that other opinons about it are less important. Today does not absolutely predict tomorrow.  But as much as it is an indicator boys are going to have it rough when she starts dating :huepfenlol2: .

Perfect.  THAT is why ideas get thrown out here.  Bright people with lots of experience will offer alternatives that one just might not have considered on his or her own.  I can satisfy my sis that her gift is appreciated and just find an alternative use!

Wheel barrel.

Personally they look great on the jack handle and mower.    :2vrolijk_21:   I was ok looking at the pictures until I got to your dog.    I nearly fell off my stool laughing.  Good job.   :)

I had the SAC Eagle grip on my 2000 FLHTC. I loved them. They were VERY comfortable and my hand never tired after hours of riding. They did fade eventually but I rode in all kinds of weather. I liked them so much I used permanent markers to touch up the color when they did start to fade so I wound up getting about 4 years out of them. Bought them at Sturgis. Add another vote for the Eagle grips!
