Not from Harley.  At least not yet.  Here is one of the aftermarket options available.

Have them?  No.  Have had them in hand several times and looked them over closely.  Might be able to answer a question about them from that :nixweiss: .

I AM ASSUMING THEY ARE NOT HINGED. I'M ACTUALLY TOYING WITH MAKING A PAIR OF HINGED ONES OVER THE WINTER. I'lLL LET YOU KNOW HOW I MAKE OUT!
