fatboyse2 mods
« on: October 08, 2007, 11:02:41 PM »

I am finally thinking about modifying my 04 SEEG. I have searched and read most of the site re: 103 mods and the general recommendation for Zippers or Freedom. However, if one has decided to stay with SE it seems like the specs of fatboyse2 have not been criticized. Except for cost, are there any problems here? For my riding style, a SE-260 will probably be better. Otherwise, what is wrong with this list?  The SE catalog says the 50mm TB is for 06 but I assume with the new heads this isn't an issue?  I guess the crankshaft bearing issue remains. But otherwise, your thoughts?

I have not seen it done, but was told you could get the 06 throttlebody SE 50mm to work on an 04' but it will take some rewiring and reconfiguration.   You might want to consider going with the horsepower inc 51mm.
