All good information. I'll mention all to the HD shop. I was monitoring the volt loss and it was really off the chart as far as loosing battery charge. But, there is a very recent twist here. I haven't moved the bike in three weeks (been some snow and icy mornings....), I put a full charge on the battery and it showed 12.61 and it settle down to 12.40 after about three hours. Then I started to monitor it. It only loss about a .02 a day. It was loosing .20+ a day..Now WTF??? The only difference, which should have absolutely no bearing on this, I that I took the fuse box out and reseated all the fuses and one was blown. It was the one that was for the heated gear.

Anyway, after a week it went down only to 12.21 in 7 days. Still enough to start the bike...I think, I mean the alarm was still on, and usually by this time it was dead also. This would reflect what the shop had experienced when they had it. """normal""" We really need a smiley thing with the finger doing the "normal" sign that all dealers use!
The norm has been the battery goes down to 4.xx volts in just 4 or 5 days or so. (dead) Ok, I'm really screwed now. I sure wish I'd not purchased this bike and kept my Road King. I know crying now is worthless, but I sure miss the RK. It never had a problem! If not all ironed out by the end of this next riding season, the SE Ultra is getting closer to be a sold bike. For what I have into this bike I can buy a fully loaded Ultra with a 96 inch engine that actually runs and have every goodie on it. Just wish I didn't like the bike in every way, except for these pesky problems. Yeah, loosing its luster for sure!
Thanks for all your posts. It's been a pleasure getting some great advise and possible solutions. Problem is that HD will not step up to the plate and take care of it like they should. I don't really blame the shop I go to, for I don't know all the politics they have to deal with concerning the mother company. They did get me a new motor with out any intervention from me. They just did it. So I think they are trying, just . .
