As far as pipes go, I put a set of the new Freedom pipes on the pumpkin, taking off the Thunderheader.  What a difference!  It still has the growl but at SE slip on volume.  When you grab a handful though, they get loud like Rineharts.  They also pull a lot of heat out fo the engine, iefinitely runs cooler.  It's nice to be able to really hear the stereo, have a conversation with the wife on the freeway, and my neighbors like them a lot better.  That, and more low end torque to boot!  The pumpkin used to cross 100 ft lbs torque at 3200 rpm with the Thunderheader, 100 ft lbs is at 2500 with the new Freedom pipes.

There is still a lot more to play with. Speakers, Brakes (not for 08 though), Antenas (J&Ms are so much better looking), Rear tourpak relocation kit, suspension, etc.

Well, with all my ambitions I am starting to catch the bug that's going around here.  The stock speakers have to go, and from what I've read on other threads the Hawg Wired ones are the best (CX for the front, anyway)...  I already ordered the saddlebag support kit, and those silly 9' antennas have to go too (seem like they're that tall anyway). 

What antennas are best?  Which are best looking?  Got any pics?

Any advice on speakers other than the HW CX's?

The J&M audio antennaes are a given.  I had the dealer put those on my paperwork as I was buying the bike!
