I've gone with a Mustang. Much more comfortable. As soon as one of the manufacturers come up with a SERK seat with the flame design I'll probably try that.

Does anyone offer a seat for the 08 SERK yet?  Did the mounting tab change like it did on the SEUC3, so the tongue is on the frame and the seat has the slot now?

yes the slot is in the seat and the tongue is on the frame.  Has anyone had a problem with the front of seat lifting up about 1 inch even though it's properly mounted?

Yesterday I was advised by Corbin that their standard Road King Seat was not made for the CVO. This was after they had sold me one a few months back. They are now stating they will exchange my seat but I don't like the looks of the CVO RK seat, ie the simulated ostrich hide strip down the middle. They are trying to verify if they can do the flames as on the standard RK seat and should let me know today. At first they said they could not so I don't expect good news in that regard.  When I first installed my Corbin RK seat, I had a small gap between seat and tank. The gap is now wider which prompted my call to Corbin and my discovery that they had sold me the wrong seat. Corbin's standard RK seat rests a little to high up on the console causing the gap on each side of it between seat and tank. Hope this helps. JJ
