Hello Jeep, and welcome to CVO Harley!! It's been my experience that these covers were originally designed for the 2004 FLHTCSE, which has a chopped tour pak. On the 06 and 07 FLHTCUSE models, they cover to the bottom of the saddlebags, but will not cover the mufflers. Also, the opening for the antennas is too long. It appears the MOCO is using the same cover through the 2008 model year, probably due to bulk ordering of a like item, and will continue to ship the same cover until the supply is exhausted. They'll either redesign and ship one that fits better, or........as has been their history......they'll continue to line their pockets with savings realized from the lack of R&D and proper testing and deployment of new products. Knowing all of this, it is up to us as owners to make it right, since the MOCO won't.........nor do they care to make it right. I'd recommend modifying your cover yourself to make it fit. Take some measurements, and take take the cover to a good upholstery shop and have it modified to fit your application. That is the only way to make it right immediately. JMHO. Again, welcome!
