Hello from Las Vegas
« on: October 30, 2007, 11:52:36 PM »

Greetings everybody. I have been watching this site for quite a while now. While I don't presently own a CVO. I do extremely like them especially the FXD units 2002, 2007 & 2008.
I currently ride 2004 FXSTSI, 2003 FXSTD1, 1987 FXLR ( being restored and chromed) 1973 XLH ( being restored and chromed) and a 1970 Triumph Bonneville, restored.

My intentions here is to become educated about these great machines and decide when I will get one. Currently I am in love with the 2008 FXDSE, it is by far the machine I amdrooling over, but I am gambling that Harley will have a CVO Softtail in 2009 and that may be the trick.

Glad to be aboard

Welcome to the site.  I just booked a trip to Vegas for Nov 16th.  Will that be a good time to rent a bike from Vegas HD for a day ride?

Thanks Guys.
1. Yes mid November is excellant for riding usually mid 70s in the daytime and mid 60s at night. Run down to Laughlin is a few degrees warmer.

2. I have never posted any pics , but I will be willing to try and get some downloaded in a week or so. I have to make a small trip to Michigan the next 5 days.

3.The FXLR is still on the hoist, but it will look good, once I am done. ( chrome front end, polished rotor, chrome spokes, chromed rear solid mag and new black and silver metal flake paint.)
