I predict it will be shortly after you decide to put a radio on...you'll need a big place to put it, and the cigarette lighter will look awful inviting...you're almost there, almost to the dark side....give in to the dark side Howie

Charlie, the music's in the Zumo/XM module, on the handlebars! Hooked up to amps and speakers. The  fronts will become permanently mounted, and the rears will be detachable and built into the TP.

Fairing.......We don't need no stinking fairing!

No problem with the ribbing guys. I'm used to it. You don't step off and buy something like this without expecting it. I've ridden Yamaha's, Goldwings, HD's and now this, who knows I might buy a friggin' Suzuki next.
It really does ride like nothing I've ever had before. Let's all meet at my house and take off on a week long southern route trip to AZ and back.

I would love the oppotunity to ride a victory bike.  A few ofus are riding to AZ first week in May.  How about joining that ride and all of us can really take a turn on it.  I bet in a bunch of CVO bikes, yours is the one that will get the most attention.

That would work in reverse too...if you put a CVO bagger in amongst a bunch of Victorys.  Odd man out sort of thing.  But then again, I'm sure they do draw comments.  I recall going to the open house of our short-lived Victory dealership here in Fburg.  They had the factory prototypes of the Visions on display.  A lot of comments were centered about the Visions, most that I heard, were not all that flattering.  I think this is one of those designs that you either love it or hate it.  But ya know what, it's still two-wheelin face in the wind ridin, so it can't be all that bad.

Yes,  On my first bike - a completely stock '99 Susuki 800 Intruder, in a group of gorgeous, chromed out Harleys, my bike would get so very much attention.  My bike cost $5000.  You know the rest of the story.  It was the odd man out in the group and so stood out.

And yes, I was two-wheelin, face in the wind and riding so the Harley guys were kind and didn't make me wear the bag over my head.

Yep, that's the same mount I'm using, but when I tried to attach the antenna mount, it just didn't look right sticking up close to the fairing.....I'm sure it looks ok on your bike, but I'm still at a loss to do anything w/ it other than put it away under the fairing.  (and the reports are that the reception will suffer then).   Arrrrrgh.....what to do?    har!  spyder
