No problem with the ribbing guys. I'm used to it. You don't step off and buy something like this without expecting it. I've ridden Yamaha's, Goldwings, HD's and now this, who knows I might buy a friggin' Suzuki next.
It really does ride like nothing I've ever had before. Let's all meet at my house and take off on a week long southern route trip to AZ and back.

I second this response to the letter. I will keep my Smurf and love it, but would not give up that 103 and the 6 speed is over rated. BTW, does your 5 speed tranny rattle and whin in 5th gear?
I have redline shockproof oil in it, you can barely hear the 5th gear noise! If noone said anything, you wouldn't even notice any difference!!  :nixweiss:

 Besides, I have a D&D 2-1 on it, I can't hear sh!$ !! :2vrolijk_21:

                                                                                       Later,

Congrats on getting rid of your CVO Electra Glide. :confused5:  If you can ride around on that and get the same (or more?) enjoyment as you did from your CVO, more power to ya.  That is the oddest-looking thing on two wheels.

What year is that thing, 2050??? :shocked2: :shocked2:

I have to respond again, I have seen pics of those new victorys and could not believe how they look!! To me, that doesn't even look like a bike!!  :confused5:  :confused5:

I don't mean to sound like I am cutting them down, but they just look so.... :alien: :alien: :alien: :alien:

I guess If you enjoy it, then thats all that matters!!

I'm sure a H-D probably will never ride as nice, but I just can't get past the looks of them!! :confused5:  :confused5:

Well, congrads on the new ride,

EB, please know that it is all in good fun.  I've never cared what someone else rode.  As long as they rode and enjoyed that's all that matters.  Any other kidding, teasing or general messing around is just that.

These things are funny looking, alien looking and strange in a made in a blender with a tailwind sort of way.  But they are also, at least right now, completely unique.  Mftr's recent reputation suggestion they should be reliable too.  Most important consideration, however, is whether or not you'll have fun with it and on it.  If those are a "go" than the rest is all good fun.  Congrats on the new (weird freaky looking scares the hell out of me) bike :2vrolijk_21: .

Now that you bought the bike, you need to buy the proper attire to wear with it.

Exelboy10, I looked at that bike very closely at a recent rally in PCB(Thunder Beach).  I actually am intriqued by the design.  The only thing I did not like was the small capacity of the saddle bags....very small.  But it does look cool as hell and sleek.
I'll ride to AZ with you....let me know when. I am form Ala. originally.
