KEY WEST 18-21 NOV

Folks,
The bride and I and another couple (new CVO owners) are headed to Key West for a few days (18-21 Nov).  Taking Autotrain from Northern VA to Sanford and riding from there.  If anyone's along the way, send a PM and maybe we can meet and greet, have a bite to eat, etc.

There has been a little chatter that a few of us may meet up @ Ocala HD Sat & Sun for some fun. As for me Sun is my only day to play.
Watch for heavy traffic & congestion around S Fla next weekend, as NASCAR is in Homestead for the finaly.   ;)

Dave,
Thanks for the info and heads up.  What day's the race?  We'll actually be heading through there on Sunday.  If the race is Sun, we'll just try to time things so we're "Passing through" during the race.  Don't guess we'll make it to Ocala, but again, thanks for the information.

Cup Race is Sunday, hopefully you will be south of there by the time its over. Weather looks good down here & there for the next week. Enjoy it & be safe.  :2vrolijk_21:

Be sure to take and post plenty of pictures.  Southern Fla. and the keys is an area I've always wanted to ride......just haven't done it yet.  I'd like to see recent photos from somebody who rides.....kind of a sneak preview.

how much is it costing to take the autotrain down to south fla. Go on a criuse and was looking at take the autotrain down, it is a bike criuse.

If you're pressed for time, you can catch the Autotrain in Lorton, VA and take it non-stop to Sanford,  FL.  Leaves at 4:00 PM every day and arrives at 9:00 AM the next.  Beats the I-95 corridor.  The couple we're travelling with only have a week off and we didn't want to spend "all" our time on interstate just getting to KW to have to turn around and come back.
