Once the epoxy firmed up, I went to work on the wiring. Earlier today, I chased the power wire (Orange/White) on 06 FLHTCUSE schematics. Since I'm removing the lighter from the circuit, this was probably overkill, but I need the peace of mind.............there's enough turmoil up there as it is.

Anyway, it is the Accessory circuit (15A) and powers the lighter, heated grips, garage door opener, rear lighting, and rear stoplight switch, with accessory power connections to the speedometer, and tachometer. I cut the lighter's incoming power wire and garage door power feed wire from their stock, shared, female, spade connector, spliced them together with the power wire for the ZUMO and covered with a dual layer of heat shrink using a heat gun. Then I cut the stock, female, spade connector off the lighter's ground wire and spliced with the ZUMO ground wire and covered with a dual layer of heat shrink. When I finished that work, it looked like this.
