I appreciate your thanks, but, there's really no need. Like I told you yesterday, if the situation was reversed, you and I both know what you'd do. You'd sit right there and wait on a resolution. I'm just glad we could help out a little. It's a CVO brother thing. It's a Harley brother thing. It's a biker thing. Sad thing is, if we were in a car, we'd die of thirst before someone stopped to see about us.

Hope you get the Jester home soon.

What Ken said AND we were just so glad that we were able to be there for you! Ken really hates to trailer the bike but it was a damn good thing we did! All the stars aligned with us passing by at the right time and being in the truck and being as close to an HD shop with people you knew! And even better to hear that you'll even be lucky enough to have it delivered to your door! If you're gonna break down I want YOUR kind of luck!!  :P

We are only too happy to help, that's what CVO families do!! I for one was pleased to have some extra time to spend with you and J. Carolyn to stave off the CHL withdrawals for a little longer!  :huepfenlol2:

Hope to hear Jester is back up and running ASAP, especially after the sex change!!

There was a high gloss black Bushtec that just sold Saturday here in Memphis for $2,500 and it had all the extras, they paid over 5K 2 years ago. The owner had used it 3 times and had to sell due to illness. The first person that saw it bought it, I was a day late (as usual). >:(

I am glad to hear that there are CVO-ers that will behave like family to one another,
But has any one bother to list those who have a trailer or truck big enough to help a disable member?
I'm certain, as we travel about the US, it would be nice to know of someone to rely on when in difficulty.

That's a good idea and we do it here in our HOG Chapter.  But folks might (and probably should) be hesitant to publish their phone numbers on the site since it is a public forum.  Guess we could compile a list by member name but then you'd have to have internet access to pm them.

Maybe we can just your name and city in a thread. Then get an idea before you leave where folks are located. Another site member might be able to contact them for you, if you break down on the road and have someone's number with you.
