BTW looks good dood, I'm jealous of the chrome!  Is that your personal photographer in the mirror?  Thought about changing my air cleaner as well, but I want to keep some yellow in it.  i may just put the insert on there without sourrounding piece.

Thanks. Whatever I do I just can't seem to shake that photographer he follows me around everywhere. If not him his shadow.

I didn't really like the bland looking football shaped A/C cover that came on my bike, and since I could get the matching A/C cover and horn cover I switched. I do like the look of those that have switched there '05's to just the insert w/o the surrounding piece. To top that I've seen a melon (displacing air's) w/a green filter. It would be awesome if you could find a yellow filter.

hey D00d......happy Thanksgiving.  And, just wondering if those nuts on the bottom of your front forks (axle retainer caps) are chrome or not.....maybe the light is playing tricks on me in that front fender photo, but it appears that you have 'missed' a chrome opportunity.     har!  spyder

Those nuts are the stock and not chrome I believe (chit something else I now have to get). I did add the chrome wheel spacers though.

I don't know why you didn't mention it you never hesitated before.  This could be remedied for under $10.00 guess I'll be getting this taken care of soon - Chrome Fork Axle Retainer Nut Kit P/N 45813-03 while I'm at it I'll have to check and see if I need these - Chrome Fork Slider Drain Screw Kit P/N 45848-03 also.

There are still a few little things that I need to add some here that haven't decided if I want to add or not, and some I need to purchase.

Did you and Duane sneak into Waugh's on your recent trip down south? This dealership is about 20 minutes from me, and I visit there often. I believe this may have been one of "Big Daddy Don Waugh's" personal bikes.

Now, I really wasn't trying to start anything.......just not sure if Gary had over-looked a really easy correctable upgrade......not expensive, but right up-front to cause the most desireable good 1st impression.   And YES, D00d, the chrome drain screw is needed if not already in there.    Har!   :drink:spyder

Glenn was in that area in May for the HOG Group pre ride for Gatlinburg, In August for the HOG Gatlinburg ride, September for the High Octane Ride and then in October for the MV ride.

The stop wasn't on the August or October ride
